Key Responsibilities - SEND Teaching Assistant
- Provide 1:1 support and small group interventions for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Support pupils in working towards their EHCP targets

- Implement behaviour management strategies consistently
- Encourage independence and positive learning behaviours

Requirements - What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience working as a SEND Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant, or within a SEND setting
- Strong understanding of supporting pupils with additional needs
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Patient, caring, and resilient approach to supporting children
- Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
