About the role and school

We are seeking a Year 1 Teacher to join a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Brent from September. This Year 1 Teacher role offers the opportunity to join a supportive KS1 team with a strong focus on delivering high‑quality teaching, developing early literacy and numeracy skills, and helping pupils build confidence as they progress through Key Stage 1. Job Responsibilities

Qualifications/Experience

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
  • Right to work in the UK
