Job Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, following the school's planning and curriculum requirements.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the individual learning needs and abilities of pupils across different primary year groups.
- Maintain continuity of learning by following lesson plans and providing appropriate support to pupils throughout the school day.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, teaching assistants and school staff to support a collaborative learning environment.
- Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures, ensuring the welfare and safety of all pupils at all times.
Qualifications/Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant qualification
- Experience as a Primary Supply Teacher or in a similar role
- Strong subject/curriculum knowledge relevant to the role
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
