We are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Harlow to recruit a dedicated Primary Class Teacher. Job Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Assess, track, and support pupils' progress to ensure strong outcomes.
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning, and achievement.
Qualifications/Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A commitment to inclusive practice and high-quality teaching.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service.
- Right to work in the UK.
