Teach Plus are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Acton, Ealing, starting ASAP. Job Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the KS2 curriculum, ensuring all pupils are supported and challenged appropriately.
- Take full responsibility for a Year 6 class, creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Prepare pupils effectively for their end-of-Key-Stage SATs, identifying gaps in learning and implementing targeted interventions.
- Monitor, assess and track pupil progress, using assessment data to inform planning and improve learning outcomes.
- Establish and maintain high expectations for behaviour, ensuring a consistent and positive approach to classroom management.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and senior leaders to support pupil development and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
Qualifications/Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience as a KS2 Teacher
- Strong subject/curriculum knowledge relevant to the role
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
