Job Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging EYFS lessons and learning activities.
- Plan and deliver targeted Phonics interventions for small groups of pupils.
- Lead additional EYFS intervention groups to support children's academic and social development.
- Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to the class teacher.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support children's development.
Qualifications/Experience
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
- Experience working in EYFS within a primary school
- Strong Phonics knowledge relevant to the role
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
