Teach Now is looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming primary setting in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who understands that the best Early Years classrooms combine purposeful learning with curiosity, creativity and play. You will take responsibility for an EYFS class, creating a nurturing environment where children feel confident to explore, communicate and develop strong foundations for school life.
The role:
- Plan and deliver engaging learning in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create stimulating opportunities for learning through play and exploration.
- Observe and assess children's development and identify appropriate next steps.
- Support early communication, phonics, literacy and numeracy.
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, families and the wider school team.
- Provide appropriate support for children with additional or SEN needs.
We are looking for UK QTS and experience or strong training within EYFS. A sound understanding of the EYFS framework. Strong classroom organisation and behaviour management. A warm, imaginative and child-centred teaching style. Experienced teachers and strong ECTs are encouraged to apply.
