We're looking for a dedicated teaching assistant to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Enfield, supporting pupils from Reception through to Year 6.

The role
- Work across various year groups, supporting both classes in the year
- Deliver interventions and booster sessions for both lower and higher attaining pupils
- Provide 1:1 and small group support, especially for children with special educational needs
- Assist with general classroom duties and contribute to a stimulating learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and the SEN team to ensure all pupils make progress
- Adapt your approach to meet the needs of a diverse cohort
What we're looking for
- Experience working in a primary school or with children (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent spoken and written English, able to communicate clearly with children, staff, and families
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to take initiative in a busy school setting
- Flexible and happy to work with any year group from Reception to Year 6
