The Role • Teach Business Studies and Economics across KS4 and KS5. • Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons that challenge and motivate learners. • Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations, supporting them to achieve their full potential. • Assess progress effectively and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners. • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment with excellent behaviour management. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop the curriculum and contribute to the wider school community. The Ideal Candidate • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. • Can confidently teach both Business Studies and Economics. • Demonstrates strong classroom management and the ability to maintain high standards of behaviour. • Has excellent communication and organisational skills. • Is committed to delivering engaging lessons and achieving outstanding outcomes for students. • Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and ECTs.
