Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and looking for a flexible, rewarding role within outstanding London schools? We’re seeking enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to join friendly, high-achieving primary schools across Finchley and the wider Barnet borough.

This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced TAs and those new to education to gain hands-on classroom experience across EYFS, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, and SEND settings. With a mixture of short-term, long-term, and day-to-day placements available, you can choose the year groups and schools that best suit your strengths and schedule.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils’ learning in small groups or 1:1
  • Assisting teachers with engaging classroom activities
  • Helping create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment
  • Contributing to the pastoral and academic development of pupils
  • Working collaboratively with experienced staff in “Good” and “Outstanding” Ofsted-rated schools
