The Role As Pastoral Leader, you will take charge of the pastoral organisation and wellbeing of a year group, working closely with Form Tutors and Pastoral Support Officers to ensure every student is supported academically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll help create a safe, inclusive environment where students feel seen, heard, and empowered to succeed.
