Nursery Nurse (Level 3) – Baby Room (0–2 Years)

Teach Now is delighted to be recruiting a passionate and nurturing Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join a warm, welcoming nursery in Watford, serving the Hertfordshire community. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early years professional who thrives in a caring, child-centred environment and has a particular love for working with babies aged 0–2 years.

The nursery caters for around 30 children, with approximately 20 in the baby room, creating a lively yet supportive setting where high-quality care and early development are at the heart of everything they do. You’ll work 40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern (7:30am–4:30pm or 9:30am–6:30pm), alongside an experienced and friendly team.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Providing outstanding care, learning opportunities and emotional support for babies aged 0–2
  • Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
  • Completing observations, assessments and progress tracking
  • Supporting children with personal care routines
  • Building strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, stimulating environment
