Are you a passionate Early Years professional looking to be part of something new and exciting? A beautifully refurbished nursery in Watford is seeking two Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to join their growing team from January 2026.

Opened in Summer 2025, this brand-new nursery is set within a stunning historic building, thoughtfully redesigned to create inspiring, calm and nurturing learning environments. With just 30 children across the whole nursery, this is a wonderfully intimate setting where high-quality care, strong relationships and child-led learning are at the heart of everything.

You’ll be working across the baby and toddler rooms, supported by a friendly, experienced team who are genuinely passionate about Early Years. The nursery is exceptionally well equipped and conveniently located between Bushey Station and Watford High Street Station, making it easily accessible.

Available Shifts

  • 7:30am – 4:30pm
  • 9:30am – 6:30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
  • Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
  • Build warm, positive relationships with children and families
  • Support children’s development through play-based learning
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
