The Role You will: • Plan and deliver engaging Music and Art lessons across the secondary age range. • Set high expectations and support pupils of differing abilities to make strong progress. • Assess pupils work and use outcomes to inform future teaching and curriculum planning. • Contribute to creative projects, performances, exhibitions and enrichment activities. • Promote confidence, cultural awareness and participation in the wider life of the academy. About You The successful candidate will: • Hold UK-recognised QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification. • Have experience teaching Music, Art or both within a secondary setting. • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management. • Be enthusiastic, organised and committed to inclusive, high-quality teaching. • Share the academys ambition for every pupil to achieve excellent outcomes.
