Teach Now is delighted to be recruiting an enthusiastic and committed Wrap Around Care Manager to lead vibrant before- and after-school provision across the Barnet area, including Mill Hill and Whetstone. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about creating safe, stimulating, and nurturing environments for children aged 2–11.

In this rewarding role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of wraparound care, delivering fun, engaging activities that promote creativity, physical development and social confidence. You’ll lead a dedicated team, build strong relationships with parents and school partners, and ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, wellbeing and compliance—including OFSTED preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm, inclusive setting where every child feels valued
  • Lead, support and train staff to deliver high-quality wraparound care
  • Plan and run engaging activities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Oversee snack preparation, resources and record keeping
  • Liaise effectively with school teams and parents
  • Maintain robust safeguarding and health & safety standards

Ideal Candidate:

You’ll hold at least a Level 3 qualification in Playwork/Early Years, have experience supervising staff in school or childcare settings, and bring strong organisational, communication and leadership skills. A Paediatric First Aid or Food Hygiene certificate is desirable, but training can be provided.
