Teach Now is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (SEN HLTA) to support a class of around 10 pupils with complex needs and Autism in Enfield, London.

The role focuses on learning, development and wellbeing, leading the room confidently, and delivering planned activities.

You will collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and support staff, manage routines and behaviour, and help pupils access the curriculum in an inclusive environment.
