This is an exciting opportunity to join a welcoming Early Years team in Harrow, working full-time from February Half Term until July, with the potential for extension.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will support learning in Nursery or Reception (confirmed at interview), helping to create an engaging, safe, and stimulating environment both indoors and outdoors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting children across all EYFS areas of learning
  • Leading small group activities and supporting whole-class learning
  • Observing, assessing, and contributing to next steps
  • Building warm, trusting relationships with children and parents
  • Working closely with teachers, TAs, and the wider school team

About You

You will:

  • Hold a Level 3 childcare qualification (or above)
  • Have recent EYFS experience in a school or nursery setting
  • Be confident with the EYFS framework and learning through play
  • Bring a caring, enthusiastic, and professional approach
