Key Responsibilities • Provide tailored support to Key Stage 2 pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). • Assist the class teacher with planning, preparation, and classroom activities. • Deliver small-group or one-to-one interventions to help pupils progress. • Encourage positive behaviour and create an engaging, safe learning environment. • Support with assessments and track pupil progress alongside teaching staff. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: • Has previous experience working with KS2 pupils (school-based experience preferred). • Demonstrates patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills. • Is passionate about helping children overcome challenges and thrive. • Can work effectively within a collaborative team. • Holds a relevant qualification (Level 2/3 TA, or equivalent) – desirable but not essential.
