Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Teach Now is delighted to be working with a welcoming primary school in Colindale that is seeking a confident HLTA to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

The Role

• Lead small group interventions and whole-class teaching when required.
• Provide tailored support to pupils across different year groups.
• Collaborate closely with class teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
• Support with classroom management and behaviour, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Contribute to school life, ensuring all children feel valued and inspired to learn.

What We’re Looking For

• HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Experience working in a primary setting across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead learning.
• A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach.
