Full-Time | Temporary September 2026 Start M3 – UPS3 (£38,627 – £52,490) Salary will be determined based on experience and position on the Main Pay Range. The maximum salary applies to candidates with substantial teaching experience.
Teach Now is recruiting for a passionate and resilient Art Teacher to join a specialist Education Support Centre supporting young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) and behavioural needs. The Role
You will deliver engaging KS4 Art lessons within a supportive and therapeutic environment, using creativity to help students build confidence, self-expression, and positive engagement with learning. The successful candidate will be adaptable, calm under pressure, and committed to helping every learner achieve success both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and differentiated KS4 Art lessons

The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Art at KS4
- PRU, alternative provision, or SEMH experience desirable
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Calm, resilient, and solution-focused approach
- Passion for inclusion and supporting vulnerable learners
