Salary: £36,413-£53,994
Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Term Time Only)

Teach Now is recruiting a driven and inspiring Head of Geography to join a high-achieving secondary academy in Hertfordshire. This full-time, permanent role offers a rare opportunity to lead an established department in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

About the Role:

  • Lead the Geography department across KS3-KS5 with vision and ambition.
  • Manage a full teaching timetable alongside leadership and development responsibilities.

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred; however, outstanding Geography specialists with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
