Early Years Practitioner (Level 3)

Location: Harrow, London
Start Date: 23 February 2026 (February Half Term)
Contract: Full-time, term-time, February to July (with potential to extend)

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will support learning in either Nursery or Reception (to be confirmed at interview), helping to create a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment indoors and outdoors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting children across all areas of the EYFS framework
  • Leading small-group activities and supporting whole-class learning
  • Observing, assessing and contributing to children\'s next steps
  • Building warm, trusting relationships with children and parents
  • Working closely with teachers, teaching assistants and the wider school team

About You

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a Level 3 childcare qualification (or above)
  • Have recent experience working within EYFS in a school or nursery setting
  • Be confident with the EYFS framework and learning through play
  • Bring a caring, enthusiastic and professional approach to their role
