Teach Now is looking for a motivated KS2 Teacher to take on a long-term classroom role in Haringey this September. We are looking for someone who can make ambitious learning accessible: a teacher who knows when pupils need additional explanation, when they need greater challenge and when they simply need the confidence to have a go.
The KS2 Teacher will:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across the KS2 curriculum
- Strengthen pupils' reading, writing and mathematics
- Use assessment effectively to plan next steps
- Adapt lessons for SEND and different levels of attainment
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom
- Develop pupils' independence and resilience
- Work closely with support staff and teaching colleagues
You should have:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Recent UK KS2 experience
- Secure National Curriculum knowledge
- Strong assessment and differentiation skills
- Effective behaviour management
- A commitment to inclusive teaching and safeguarding
Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications and will be agreed within the advertised £40,372–£42,484 range. This KS2 Teacher position would suit a committed practitioner looking for the continuity of a long-term placement and the opportunity to see the impact of their teaching over time.
