Are you passionate about inclusive education and ready to take the next step in your teaching career? A forward-thinking, inclusive primary school in Enfield is looking for a dedicated SEND Teacher to join their exceptional team and lead their well-established KS1 SEND provision.
This role is based in a specialist unit for 10 pupils with complex autism, all of whom are non-verbal and thrive within a stable, supportive environment. You will be supported by two experienced teaching assistants and have access to fantastic resources including a dedicated sensory room and outdoor learning space. The school has a strong commitment to inclusion and innovation and is proud of the nurturing environment they have created.

RequirementsYou Will:
- Have QTS and a passion for working with children with SEND
- Be calm, patient, and resilient with a positive and proactive mindset
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of SEND strategies and provision
- Be committed to teamwork and whole-school collaboration
- Be innovative and enthusiastic in tailoring the curriculum to meet pupils’ individual needs
