Requirements • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with specialism or experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development. • Proven ability to deliver creative, engaging, and inclusive lessons that inspire young learners. • Commitment to maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment. • Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to adapt teaching to meet individual needs. • Effective team player, able to collaborate with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents. • Dedication to professional growth and openness to training and career development opportunities. • A genuine passion for supporting children’s academic, social, and emotional development.
