Main Duties
- Delivering well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum
- Using assessment to address gaps and extend learning
- Supporting pupils with English as an additional language
- Differentiating learning for pupils with additional needs
- Maintaining a calm, purposeful classroom
- Working effectively with support staff
- Building respectful relationships with families
- Contributing to the wider life of the school
Candidate Profile
- Hold QTS or expect to achieve QTS before September
- Have recent experience in a UK primary setting
- Understand adaptive teaching and inclusive classroom practice
- Demonstrate secure behaviour-management strategies
- Communicate clearly and work well within a team
- Be committed to professional learning
- Share the school's high expectations for every pupil
