Teach Now is recruiting a dedicated and reliable Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in the London Borough of Ealing. About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to provide academic support within a KS2 classroom, helping pupils to better understand the curriculum and reach their learning potential. A key part of the role will involve delivering booster sessions and targeted interventions in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, particularly in core subjects such as English and Maths. You will also play an important role in supporting positive behaviour, maintaining focus, and helping pupils develop confidence and independence in their learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-class academic support across the KS2 curriculum
  • Deliver small group and 1:1 booster sessions and interventions
  • Support pupils in understanding lesson content and tasks
