A high-performing and values-led secondary school in Hounslow is seeking an outstanding Director of Science to join its leadership team from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a thriving Science department with strong attainment, excellent student engagement and a well-established curriculum across KS3, KS4 and KS5. This role would suit an experienced middle leader ready for the next step or an established Director of Science seeking a fresh challenge in a high-achieving school. Salary will be determined based on experience and position on the Main Pay Range. The maximum salary applies to candidates with substantial teaching experience.
