Support children with additional educational needs where required. Promote positive behaviour and respectful relationships. Adapt quickly to different classroom routines. About You You will ideally have: Previous school, childcare or education experience. A relevant Teaching Assistant or childcare qualification, although strong experience will also be considered. Confidence working with primary-aged children. Patience and good communication skills. A professional and dependable attitude. Enhanced DBS clearance and the right to work in the UK.
