About the Role

Are you a Key Stage 2 Pupil Referral Unit Teacher who enjoys helping pupils see what they can achieve? In this specialist setting in Camden, you will teach pupils aged seven to eleven across the primary curriculum. Your lessons will help them build knowledge, confidence and positive connections with learning.

You will plan English, maths and wider curriculum lessons that respond to different starting points and needs. Clear routines, consistent boundaries and positive behaviour support will help you create a calm, structured classroom. As a Key Stage 2 Pupil Referral Unit Teacher, you can bring creativity to teaching while giving pupils the stability they need.

You will work alongside Teaching Assistants, special educational needs colleagues and pastoral staff to support academic, social and emotional development. Together, you will track progress, adapt teaching and use de-escalation strategies when extra support is needed. This is a role for a teacher who can be both firm and approachable.

If you value strong relationships and the progress they make possible, this role offers purposeful work each day. Bring your curriculum knowledge, patience and consistency, and apply to make a lasting difference.
