Teach Now in Perivale, London, is seeking an experienced SENCO / Head of Inclusion for a three-day-per-week maternity-cover role starting 4 January 2027. You will join the leadership team to oversee SEND provision with strategic and practical guidance.
You will coordinate the Specialist Resource Provision, line-manage 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants and act as Designated Teacher for looked-after children, working with families and external professionals to ensure inclusive provision.
