Are you an ambitious Design & Technology specialist ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? In this role, you will shape the curriculum vision across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, driving high-quality teaching and strong student outcomes. You will inspire and develop both students and staff while championing inclusion, SEND provision and student wellbeing. As Head of Design & Technology, you will:
- Combine outstanding classroom practice with strategic leadership
- Oversee curriculum planning, assessment and data-informed improvement

- Line-manage and develop departmental staff
- Support early career teachers and contribute to whole-school improvement
The ideal candidate:
