About the Role
Teach Now is recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to work on an ad hoc and flexible basis across our partner primary schools within the London Borough of Barnet.
This is a fantastic umbrella supply role, offering opportunities to work in a variety of school settings close to home. You may be placed in EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, supporting pupils with their learning, behaviour, and wellbeing. Placements can range from short-term daily supply to longer-term cover, depending on your availability and preferences.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable classroom experience, build confidence across different year groups, or maintain a flexible work–life balance while working in education. You will have the chance to work in a range of welcoming schools, each with their own ethos, while being supported by Teach Now throughout.
Applicants Should:
· Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting
· Be flexible, adaptable, and confident supporting learning across year groups
· Be happy working in EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2
· Have experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional needs
· Be reliable, proactive, and able to follow school routines quickly
· Have a positive, calm approach to supporting pupils and staff
