Teach Now is recruiting a motivated KS2 Teacher for a long-term opportunity within a supportive Barnet primary school. You will take responsibility for a KS2 class and play an important role in helping pupils strengthen their academic skills, independence and confidence as learners.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Support strong progress in reading, writing and mathematics.
- Use assessment effectively to identify gaps and next steps.
- Differentiate learning for pupils with varying needs.
- Maintain clear routines and high expectations for behaviour.
- Work effectively with Teaching Assistants and other colleagues.
We are looking for:
- UK QTS.
- KS2 teaching or placement experience.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
- Confident behaviour management.
- A positive and engaging classroom presence.
- Both experienced teachers and ECTs with strong KS2 experience are encouraged to apply.
