Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant\\n\\nAbout the Teaching Assistant Role:\\n\\nAre you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Autism? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive school in Hillingdon. This is a full-time, permanent position where you’ll have the opportunity to support students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n• Provide tailored 1:1 and group support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).\\n\\n• Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to individual learning needs.\\n\\n• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs).\\n\\n• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.\\n\\n• Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to relevant stakeholders.\\n\\n• Support students in developing social and communication skills.\\n\\n• Promote independence and resilience among students.\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For:\\n\\n• Qualifications or relevant experience in supporting students with Autism.\\n\\n• Experience: Previous experience working with Key Stage 3, 4, or 5 students in a primary or secondary school setting is essential.\\n\\n• Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.\\n\\n• Passion: A genuine desire to support the development and well-being of students with Autism.\\n\\nWhy Join Us?\\n\\n• Work in a supportive and inclusive school rated highly by Ofsted.\\n\\n• Access to ongoing professional development and training.\\n\\n• Be part of a collaborative and passionate team dedicated to making a difference.\\n\\n• Competitive daily rates between £85-£150.\\n\\nWhy work via Teach Now?\\n\\nTeach-Now are a widely recognised, education recruitment company.
