Teach Now are looking for a Year 5 Teacher to work in a primary school in the energetic area of Highbury, North London. This is a permanent role to commence from September 2022 and will run until the academic year.
My client is a school that is big on friendship and inclusivity. They have created an environment in which all students wake up and look forward to the day ahead. The school are avid believers that children reach the peak of their ability when team‑work and goal setting is incorporated into learning. Staff are heavily encouraged to approach the lesson with a unique way of teaching, thus allowing the students to gain an understanding whilst having fun.
The role is a Year 5 Teacher. You will be given a class in which you have to plan and prepare lessons for, maintain the marking of student work, oversee in‑class examinations, communicate across year groups with other teachers and most importantly, encourage your students to reach the best of their ability. The chosen candidate must be able to commit to the role as continuity is key.
Qualifications- Confident in ensuring the child works towards their target by following their IEP
- Able to adapt to all behavioural patterns

- Open to engage in further training in order to develop knowledge and understanding
