Full-time permanent position starting September 2026. Salary £34,398–£52,490 per annum (MPS/UPS Fringe), determined by experience and position within the Main Pay Range.
Responsibilities
- Teach Business Studies and Economics across KS4 and KS5.
- Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons that challenge and motivate learners.
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations, supporting them to achieve their full potential.
- Assess progress effectively and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment with excellent behaviour management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop the curriculum and contribute to the wider school community.
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Ability to confidently teach both Business Studies and Economics.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain high standards of behaviour.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to delivering engaging lessons and achieving outstanding outcomes for students.
