An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and effective teacher of Science to join our excellent team from January 2023 or April 2023. We are recruiting on behalf of a large, thriving, over-subscribed school in diverse north London where a belief in growth mindset underpins all aspects of school life. The school is a supportive, creative and close-knit community where student behaviour is excellent and staff retention is high. An emphasis on both academic and pastoral support for staff and students has helped to shape our clearly defined culture and ethos which promotes wellbeing as well as success. They are proud to have received the Carnegie Award for Mental Health in Schools.

Integral to the school’s success is the adoption of innovative strategies to drive improvement, for example using the instructional coaching model to develop staff, and the implementation of Disruption Free Learning to ensure a calm and orderly learning environment, which is frequently remarked upon by visitors.
