Salary: Β£40,372βΒ£59,864 per annum (M1βUPS3), dependent on experience and qualifications
Contract: Full-time, long-term temporary β one academic year

Teach Now is seeking a creative and ambitious Music & Art Teacher to join a welcoming secondary academy in Luton. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire pupils across KS3, KS4 and KS5, encouraging creativity, self-expression and a genuine appreciation of the arts. The Role You will:
- Plan and deliver engaging Music and Art lessons across the secondary age range.
- Set high expectations and support pupils of differing abilities to make strong progress.
- Assess pupils work and use outcomes to inform future teaching and curriculum planning.
- Contribute to creative projects, performances, exhibitions and enrichment activities.
- Promote confidence, cultural awareness and participation in the wider life of the academy.
About You
- Hold UK-recognised QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching Music, Art or both within a secondary setting.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management.
- Be enthusiastic, organised and committed to inclusive, high-quality teaching.
- Share the academys ambition for every pupil to achieve excellent outcomes.
