About the Role

We are recruiting a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner or Teaching Assistant to support children aged 0–5 in a warm, nurturing environment. The role focuses on delivering engaging, play‑based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the learning and development of children aged 0–5
  • Deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
  • Support children's social, emotional, and educational development
  • Observe, assess and record children's progress where required
  • Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, hygiene and outdoor play

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Genuine passion for early childhood education
