Salary: Β£34,398 β Β£52,490 (M1 β UPS3). Salary will be determined based on experience and position on the Main Pay Range. The maximum salary applies to candidates with substantial teaching experience.

Role
- Deliver high-quality A-Level Psychology lessons.
- Inspire students to develop critical thinking, analytical and research skills.
- Monitor progress and use assessment effectively to raise achievement.
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities.
- Support students in achieving excellent academic outcomes.
- Play an active role in the wider life of the school and Sixth Form community.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS.
- Degree in Psychology or a related subject.
- Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Psychology.
- High expectations for student achievement and behaviour.
- Commitment to inclusive education and student success.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
