- Lead and develop the Music department, ensuring high-quality teaching and outcomes
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3–KS5
- Design and implement an inspiring and inclusive Music curriculum
- Organise and lead concerts, performances, and enrichment activities
- Monitor student progress and drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to whole-school initiatives and the wider school community
Requirements
- QTS with a specialism in Music
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding teaching across KS3–KS5
- Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for Music education
- Commitment to raising achievement and promoting creativity
- A collaborative, proactive, and innovative approach
