Teach Now are looking for a Key Stage 1 Phase Leader to work in a primary school in the vibrant area of Angel, North London. This is a full‑time role to commence from September 2022 and will run until the academic year with the possibility to go permanent after that. The school is located in an area which is heavily multicultural and so, inclusivity is a core belief of the school. As a Phase Leader, you’ll be based in the very well supported department of Key Stage 1. All students are seen as one big team and staff alike strive to reach goals through team effort. The school is a beacon for the diverse culture that is renowned amongst Londoners and they hold events with the community throughout the year.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, evaluate and review school policies.
  • Be responsible for cross‑phase liaison including home/school links.
  • Act as the main contact for suggestive points and ensure the progression of the phase as a whole.

  • Able to adapt to all behavioural patterns.
