KS2 Teacher – Harrow Location: Harrow, London Salary: £37,870-£56,154 per annum, dependent on experience Contract: Full-time, long-term temporary Start Date: 8 September 2026

Teach Now is seeking an accomplished KS2 Teacher for a long-term opportunity in Harrow from September.

This role is ideal for a teacher who enjoys the balance of academic challenge and pastoral development that makes Key Stage 2 such a rewarding phase.

You will be expected to establish ambitious standards while creating a classroom where pupils feel secure, motivated and ready to contribute.

As a KS2 Teacher, you will

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Build strong progress in English and mathematics
  • Use assessment to identify gaps and provide appropriate challenge
  • Differentiate effectively for pupils with SEND and differing abilities
  • Maintain clear routines and positive behaviour
  • Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and phase colleagues
  • Prepare pupils confidently for their next stage of learning

We are looking for

  • QTS and recent UK primary teaching experience
  • Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
  • Evidence of securing good pupil progress
  • Confident classroom and behaviour management
  • Effective assessment and differentiation skills
  • A collaborative and professional approach
  • Formally recognised teaching qualification
