Teach Now are seeking passionate and ambitious teaching assistants to work in Primary Schools in Enfield from January 2022. Many of the schools we work with range from 1 form entry schools to 5 form entry schools, faith schools, private schools and mainstream schools. This is an amazing opportunity for anyone looking for flexible work, whether it is one day a week or 5 days a week.

Many of the teaching assistants we currently work with have worked in numerous schools and have been given the chance to experience different year groups, understand and learn the Primary curriculum, gain and enhance a variety of skills such as behaviour management and been given the chance to take charge of extra curriculum activities that they have specialised in.

The school are looking for individuals that:

  • Are enthusiastic, proactive, and are able to use their own initiative;
  • Possibly looking to pursue a career in teaching and undertake their PGCE;
  • Are dedicated and passionate about education and are willing to learn and understand the current curriculum;
  • Have excellent references;
  • Have strong behaviour management skills;
  • Are eligible to work in the UK and have a DBS check or happy to complete one.
