A community-focused primary school in Ealing is seeking a proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for the new academic year. As the school’s Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning. You will cover planned teacher release time, lead academic interventions and provide additional support to pupils who need help developing confidence and independence. You will join a school where teaching assistants are valued as an important part of the wider teaching team.
Main Responsibilities
- Delivering pre-planned lessons in KS1 and KS2
- Leading booster groups and structured interventions
- Supporting pupils with SEND in class and during targeted sessions

- Monitoring progress and maintaining accurate records
