Role Overview
Teach Now is seeking an ambitious and engaging Business Studies Teacher to join a supportive and forward‑thinking secondary setting from September 2026. This permanent full‑time position offers a salary range of £34,398 – £52,490. The role is available on a part‑time basis, with the opportunity for a full‑time timetable for candidates who can teach or provide cover in an additional subject area.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality Business Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5
- Inspire and motivate students through engaging teaching
- Create a positive and purposeful classroom environment
- Support student progress and achievement
- Contribute positively to the wider department and school community
- Support an additional subject area where appropriate
Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching Business Studies within the UK curriculum
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for business education
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- High expectations for student achievement and behaviour
- Flexible and collaborative approach
- ECTs and experienced teachers both welcome to apply
