KS1 Teacher Location: Harrow, London Salary: Β£40,372–£59,864 per annum Contract: Full-time, long-term temporary Start Date: 8 September 2026

Teach Now is recruiting a confident KS1 Teacher for a long-term primary teaching opportunity in Harrow. Key Stage 1 is where strong learning habits really begin. The successful teacher will create a structured, encouraging classroom where pupils develop confidence in phonics, reading, writing and mathematics while becoming increasingly independent.

  • Deliver creative and well-structured KS1 lessons
  • Teach phonics and early reading confidently
  • Use assessment to plan appropriate next steps
  • Differentiate effectively for pupils with SEND and mixed attainment
  • Maintain positive behaviour and clear routines
  • Work collaboratively with support staff
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification.
