The predicted salary is between 12 - 13 £ per hour.
From 9.00am – 3.00pm Monday to Friday (25 hours per week) - term time only.

Rate of pay = £12.85 per hour.
The successful candidate will be:
- Able to carry out a range of general office duties effectively and efficiently and experience of working within an office environment.
- Able to develop a warm and positive relationship with the people you will deal with in the school – including parents/carers, visitors, children and the rest of the staff, face to face and on the telephone.
- Able to maintain a warm, welcoming, attractive, well organised and friendly office.
- Sensitive to the different needs of children, their parents/carers, volunteers and others in the school.
- Demonstrate sensitivity towards racial and cultural issues.
- Highly aware of the need to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Able to be very flexible and respond to changing circumstances at short notice with good humour and can stay calm when under pressure.
- Able to ‘think on your feet’ and use your initiative as well as taking direction from senior staff.
- Organised and able to prioritise effectively, whilst being able to complete your duties in the time available and meet deadlines.
- Able to use Word and Excel confidently.
- Prepared to train to use the school based computerised systems such as SIMS.
- Willing to undertake school based and off-site training.
