The Role

Working closely with the Head of School and our established leadership team, you will be the driving force behind our EYFS department. You will lead a dedicated team of teachers and Early Years Practitioners (EYPs) who are already performing at a high level but are hungry for the “next step.” Your mission will be to ensure that our newest and youngest learners receive the same high quality education that has made Olympic Primary a beacon of excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining our rigorous standards and ensuring they are applied consistently as we grow.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Headteacher to join our existing SLT team at Olympic Primary School and make a positive impact in raising standards and the quality of experience for our children. Working with the Head of School and also alongside the wider leadership team that consists of two Assistant Head Teachers and 3 Phase leaders. You will be responsible for raising standards within Teaching and Learning, and ensuring these standards are consistently applied across all year groups.
